Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including if items are unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or description.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of order and processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store payment details.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and with care. Delivery times are indicative and may vary.
While we work with trusted delivery partners, we cannot guarantee against delays outside of our control.
Returns and refunds

You are entitled to return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Please note:
Perishable goods (such as food items) cannot be returned unless faulty
Items should be returned in a resalable condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve this promptly.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
