High Weald is a Colombian coffee sourced through the Gran Galope program, created to support smallholder farmers while showcasing the diversity of Colombia’s coffee-growing regions. This Excelso-grade coffee is selected for its dependable, versatile character and typically combines lots from 10–30 smallholder producers, with each lot traceable to its region.
The Castillo variety, known for its resilience and consistency, delivers a well-rounded cup built for everyday drinking.
Tasting notes: A smooth, well-balanced cup with soft sweetness, subtle fruit notes, and a comforting cocoa and toffee finish.

The Colombian component brings the balance and brightness Huila is known for, while Papua New Guinea adds depth and body — grown by smallholder farmers tending family plots, known locally as "gardens," in one of the most remote and culturally rich coffee-growing regions on earth. Together they make for a versatile, everyday blend with real character.

100% Brazilian - Vale Da Grama, Natural
From the celebrated Vale Da Grama region of São Sebastião da Grama, this is our espresso roast — full-bodied, rich, and built for mornings. Naturally processed over 20–25 days, Brazil's signature drying method lends the coffee its characteristic depth and creamy weight.
Beyond the cup, this coffee is part of the Nossa programme — a conservation initiative working to restore the Atlantic Forest Biome, one of Brazil's most vital and threatened ecosystems.
